Greetings friends,

Can you imagine what it would look like if you could see thoughts and emotions racing through the sky? I don’t think there would be enough room for them all, and it be so crowded it would be like a huge cloud blocking out the sun.

This is kind of what happens in our minds. So many thoughts looping around, projecting into the future, dwelling in the past, not to mention emotions hooking on to everything. It’s mad really, but a typical mind has 60,000 – 12,000 thoughts on a typical day. Nary a crack to let the light in.

The good news is that thinking so many thoughts and becoming entangled in so many emotions is a habit, a habit that all minds have until they are trained to stay in the present moment and develop the capacity to drop down below the head and into the body for some grounding and sanity.

If you’re interested in developing some balance in your nervous system, sensing your body so that you know what embodiment feels like, finding more room for kindness, tenderness and a little freedom in your heart, and gaining true agency through imagining it first — you might be interested in some of things I’m about to offer.

I would love to be supportive of you and what you’re experiencing right now – which is different for everyone. But I have faith through my own experiences that the skills I’m offering in all of the programs are helpful when waters of any kind are rough.

Hope you’ll join me for these practices and inquiries. Be in touch if your moved to.

We truly are in this together.
In kindness,
Jill
