Kind Greetings Friends,

Meditation and somatic practices can be very personal, especially after the first year or so of practicing on one’s own. Every day can be a slight variation on a practice theme depending on how we are mentally, emotionally and or physically that day.

Discovering the treasure trove of various practices can take time which is why groups, mentors and teachers are such valuable resources for ideas that we may not have had on our own.

After retreats, or just practicing on our own, experiences can be unexpected and knowing what to practice (and why) can leave unanswered questions. Or perhaps there’s boredom that leads to discouragement as the practices we know aren’t suiting where we are in life.

The small mentoring group and one on one program can provide guidance for common obstacles I’ve found missing for most practitioners and were available for me in my first decade of practice. There are a few spots open for this program if you would like to join, or you can work with me on your own at any time.

I hope you’re enjoying the last bits of summer if you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, or just life wherever you are on the planet.

And as always, I hope to see you somewhere sometime soon,
Jill
