This series of 5 online live classes will offer 5 breathing practices and 5 guided meditation practices meant to soothe the nervous system and the body in general, relax the heart and create some spaciousness in the mind.
Expanding our reservoir of inner resources can support our ability to be more present, more emotionally stable and be as mentally open as possible. Practices that we do frequently become embodied – the practices offered in this series are meant to be practical, usable and done at any time during the day. With them as our support, meeting what is current as gracefully and thoughtfully as we are able to becomes more attainable.
Being in a group of others with similar intentions and heart will also support our practices and bring more joy and connection to the process.
Timed to prepare for the holidays, each 45 minute session will be recorded and available for you to use through January 2024.
