Embodied Spacious Awareness

Spaciousness is something we hear about and would love to have more of but often need some support and guidance to discover it for ourselves.
This 4 class series will offer practices that contemplatives from different Buddhist and Yogic traditions have utilized to become more spacious in mind, body and heart for centuries.
These inner explorers have written about spaciousness, created songs about it, painted artwork to depict it and danced about it. As space is rather abstract and ineffable, sometimes words don’t quite do it justice, but the direct experience of it even for a few minutes is undeniably peaceful and blissful.
Each week will present a different portal into spacious awareness that will affect body, heart and mind simultaneously.
Some meditation experience is recommended, but not required. What is requested is that you come with curiosity and a willingness to explore.
