There are a variety of portals that lead to the spaciousness and understanding that fertilizes compassion for oneself and others. The body is one of the ways in which compassion can be cultivated over time. This class will offer experiences of embodied compassion and the opportunity to invite our selves and if we should choose, others into an expanding and willing heart.
