Explore the intersection between imagination and meditation that opens into a field of possibilities. Create and steer your life consciously and with kind intention.

Whether you consider yourself an artist or not, these practices and discussions are meant to facilitate more ease in living a creative life, having agency and as importantly the skillful means to be in the world today. 

Each session will be composed of a gently guided breath practice to balance the nervous system

A period of lightly guided meditation, seated or lying down

A short talk to frame the practices in Buddhist and somatic psychology and philosophy

Time for questions and responses, and gathering for tea
