Integrating Embodied Mindfulness: Group and Individual Sessions for Mental Health Clinicians

Being embodied and mindful can eventually become a way of being in the world. With practice, our capacity for ease and happiness grows and our tolerance for stress increases. But like anything developed it takes time, repetition, good support and skillful guidance.

These confidential group and individual sessions were created to help you with just that. Either in a small group of like- minded clinicians, or in individual one on one sessions, you’ll be supported to meet your life and what it is bringing to you now. You’ll gain tools from a variety of somatic, mindfulness and meditation practices that can compliment your clinical work with clients and help you frame the way you meet your own life to experience more ease and thrive.

Each Group 1.5-hour session provides:
A confidential check in
Guided mindfulness practice, somatic awareness or breathing practice
Relevant, practical tools for self -care, emotional intelligence and combatting compassion fatigue
Q + A and group dialogue
A recording of the practice sent to you electronically

Additional Individual Support:
Individual sessions are an opportunity to have practices designed specifically to meet your needs. By investigating your mind, heart and body through the lens of Buddhist and somatic psychology you’ll be offered tailored guided practices and perspectives to meet your life more fully, compassionately and insightfully.

Please join us for a day of mindfulness, meditation and deep somatic practices all in the company of like hearted women of the Bay area. We’ll practice noble silence in guided meditation and mindfulness rooted in the body: movement practices for settling the busy mind, a variety of practices aimed at opening awareness to the subtle knowing body, and breathing practices to restore and rejuvenate the nervous system.

We’ll also get to know each other through meaningful discussion and conversations.
